To process your Lender referral request, we require your name, phone number, email address, mortgage balance (if any) and estimated financial information such as debts, salary, credit, etc.  In select cases a social security number may be requested from particular lenders.  This information is used by the lenders in our network to provide accurate quotes and to contact you with rates and terms.  

Our website uses an order form for visitors to request information, products, and services.  We collect visitor’s contact information (like their email address).  The information we collect may be used to improve the content of our web pages, used to customize the content and/or layout of our web pages for each individual visitor, shared with some of our partners or reputable third parties to help them contact visitors for marketing purposes, used by us to contact visitors for marketing purposes, used by us to get in touch with visitors when necessary.  Personal information, other than contact information, will never be released to any third party at any time.

By filing out an inquiry form on our website, you agree to allow us to contact you, and provide your information to a third, or even fourth party in order to have them contact you regards to the mortgage you require. We will not provide your information to any other company outside of the mortgage lending industry for any other purpose other than to provide you with assistance in obtaining the products and services you requested.  A inquiry form can not be submitted without you/borrower/applicant first acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these terms and conditions found on this website.
